Log in With Google

You can now “Log in With Google” in Moodle using your same St. Olaf Google account (Instead of the usual username and password fields.)

  1. To use it the first time, you’ll simply click on the login link in the upper right corner of the screen.

  1. Doing so will open a slightly new screen where you'll find the familiar red “Log in with Google” icon.

  1. What’ll happen next will look familiar.  You’ll be invited to input your St Olaf credentials into a Google login window. Enter your username, and then your password on the next screen like you normally would.  Next, grant Moodle permissions to access your St Olaf Google account (just your email address and basic profile information). That's it!

A Note to Students

Welcome back to campus! Please note that you will not see your courses listed in Course Overview or the My Courses option in the left navigation block until your professor makes one of your courses visible to students. Until then, you will simply see Courses as the option, with all the visible public courses listed.

So if you don't see My Courses, don't be alarmed. If you want to check your course registration, please log in to the Student Information System (SIS) to verify your enrollment.
